When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a written 15-day notice prior to the end of the month, before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. Payment is due on the first of the month, with the first partial month being prorated.

Do you require a security deposit?

No security deposit is required to rent a unit.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.

For your convenience, you may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card on the first of every month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, money order and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, locks, mattress and furniture covers and lots more items for your storage and packing needs.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us at 402.466.0400 if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will select a security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, we do have carts and dollies for use when moving into a unit.

Do you have electrical outlets in your units?

No, we do not supply electricity in our units.

Can I change units after I have already moved in?

Yes, we can switch you to a new unit by stopping in our office during normal business hours.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation by calling our office or stopping by during normal business hours.
